Weather a bit nippy? Cozy up to a warm cup of chai and this deliciously satisfying Masala Chai Spiced Cake.  This was my mom's go-to recipe for a comforting, simple vanilla "Busy Day Cake" which we spiced up, and wow! she would totally approve! It's so easy to make, just like our chai :).

Masala Chai Spiced Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1.5 cups of unbleached white flour
3 scoops HEIRLOOM CHAI (using wooden spoon provided).
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick softened butter
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk (of your choice)
3/4 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift together flour, Heirloom Masala Chai blend, baking powder & salt.
Cream butter & oil together.
Gradually blend sugar and eggs into butter mix.
Combine milk & vanilla.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, alternatively with milk.
Spoon mixture into greased pan.
Bake 25 minutes.

Enjoy with a cup of chai!
