SHIPPING

All orders are processed in 1-3 business days. We offer USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery). All orders that qualify for Free Shipping ($30+) ship via USPS Priority Mail.

If you're ordering over the holidays, packages can take an extra few business days to arrive due to increased volume. Thank you for understanding!

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping for orders over $30 within the US including Alaska and Hawaii, offer does not apply to US territories. International and orders under $30 will be based on actual rates.

SHIPPING METHODS

Domestic packages ship via USPS. International packages ship via FedEx.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship to Canada and the UK.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

*Please reach out within 14 days from date of order, valid only on domestic orders. We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
