SHIPPING
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days via USPS Mail. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
📦 Free Shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $50 (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Please note: Free shipping does not apply to U.S. territories or international orders.

During the holiday season, please allow a few extra business days for delivery due to carrier delays. We appreciate your patience!

Email us at hello@chai.com within 7 days of your order and let us know what went wrong.

Refund requests outside the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Because our chai blends are a food product, they cannot be restocked or reused once they leave our facility. If a refund is approved, the original shipping/handling cost (including orders that qualified for free shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount.
