CAFFEINE-FREE GLOW CHAI MIX
Meet “Glow Chai”, our calming, caffeine-free, turmeric based drink, filled with nutrient rich spices. Known as “turmeric milk”, “haldi doodh”, “golden milk” or “moon milk”, Glow Chai is a traditional Indian drink steeped in the ancient practice of Ayurvedic healing.
Turmeric, Glow Chai’s primary ingredient, is a root that gets its bright yellow color and health benefits from the compound, curcumin. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory that heals from the inside out. For many Indian families, it's the go-to elixir for a good night’s sleep, recovering from a cold or to heal a swollen joint.
For our version of haldi doodh, we’ve sourced organic ground turmeric and blended it with organic spices; cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, black pepper, cloves and nutmeg to create a balanced, soothing blend that you combine with the milk and sweetener of your choice. Cinnamon and black pepper especially enhance the powerful anti-inflammatory effects of curcumin.
