  • 2 tsp Heirloom Chai
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups (275 g) light brown sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp vanilla
